For the Crescent Road project, the objective was to create a two-story, 3-bedroom house with 2.5 bathrooms, featuring an open-plan layout for the kitchen, dining, and living areas that lead out to a south-facing patio. The clients emphasized maximizing solar gains by positioning ample glazing to the south. The design was tailored to meet passive house standards, ensuring energy efficiency and optimal thermal performance.
