Our client requested a complete renovation of a house in Malkerns, with the aim of finishing the house that was left incomplete. We replaced all the windows and modified some areas to enhance natural cross ventilation, particularly through the recessed northeast-facing veranda.

To improve climate control, we insulated the entire living room space with 40mm Lamdaboard between the rafters, significantly impacting the house's thermal regulation. Additionally, the client opted for a solar installation. This project was executed as a turnkey operation, with Rabble Lab managing the construction process.
